1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PvP Stakes, including the website, affiliate dashboard, tracking links, and payout services operated by HypeScope, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use PvP Stakes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in a skill-based wagering platform and an affiliate program is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. HypeScope does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legality of the platform in any specific location.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Platform Description

PvP Stakes is a skill-based player-versus-player gaming platform where participants wager real value (cryptocurrency) on match outcomes. Games are determined by player skill, not chance.

HypeScope operates the PvP Stakes Affiliate Program. Affiliates earn a 30% share of the platform rake (the platform takes 12% of each match pot) generated by players they refer. Affiliate commissions are calculated automatically and paid in supported cryptocurrencies.

HypeScope reserves the right to modify game offerings, commission structures, rake percentages, and payout terms at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each person may hold only one account. You must not create or operate multiple accounts for any reason, including to circumvent restrictions, manipulate referral tracking, or inflate earnings.

You must provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address for payouts. HypeScope is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address that you provided.

HypeScope may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these terms, or remain inactive for an extended period.

5. Affiliate Program

As an affiliate, you receive unique tracking links to refer new players to PvP Stakes. You earn commissions on the platform rake generated by players who register through your links.

Commission rate: 30% of platform rake (12% of each match pot). There are no fees deducted from affiliate payouts.

Payouts are made in supported cryptocurrencies, which currently include USDT, USDC, TON, and SOL. The available payout currencies may change over time.

Minimum withdrawal thresholds and payout schedules are defined in the affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

HypeScope may withhold, delay, or reverse payouts during fraud investigations or compliance reviews. Commissions earned through fraudulent or manipulative activity will be forfeited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

• Fraud, including fake referrals, self-referrals, or artificially inflated activity
• Operating multiple accounts or helping others do so
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate gameplay, referrals, or platform metrics
• Collusion between players to fix match outcomes
• Money laundering or using the platform to process illicit funds
• Misrepresenting the platform, its risks, or potential earnings to prospective users
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended platform behavior instead of reporting them
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or HypeScope staff
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The PvP Stakes platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, and all related content, is owned by HypeScope or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Affiliate promotional materials provided by HypeScope may be used solely for the purpose of promoting PvP Stakes through your referral links. You must not alter these materials in a way that misrepresents the platform.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HypeScope makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

PvP Stakes involves real-money wagering. You acknowledge that participation carries financial risk, including the possibility of losing the full amount wagered. HypeScope does not guarantee any specific outcome, earnings, or return.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypeScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

HypeScope is not responsible for losses resulting from blockchain network delays, wallet errors, third-party service failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law provides protections that cannot be waived by agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

HypeScope may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where practical, we will provide advance notice through the platform.

Your continued use of PvP Stakes after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform.
