PvP Stakes Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The PvP Stakes Affiliate Program lets you earn a share of the revenue generated by players you refer to the platform. You receive 30% of the platform rake from every match your referred players participate in -- for the lifetime of their account.

There is no application process. Sign up, get your referral link, and start earning. The program is free to join and free forever.

2. How Rake Works

PvP Stakes charges a 12% rake on each match pot. The rake is deducted from the total pot before the winner is paid out. This is the platform's revenue.

Rake is always a positive number. There is no concept of negative carryover, clawbacks, or losses that reduce your balance. Every match your referred players play generates rake, and you earn from every single one.

3. Commission Structure

You earn 30% of the platform rake generated by all players referred through your link. There is no cap on how much you can earn. There is no expiration on the referral relationship.

Commissions accumulate in real time and are available for withdrawal as soon as they are credited.

4. Payment Terms

All payouts are made in cryptocurrency. Supported tokens:

• USDT (TRC-20, TON)
• USDC (Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Solana)
• TON
• SOL

Withdrawals are processed on-chain. HypeScope does not charge fees on affiliate payouts. Network fees (gas) are covered by the platform.

You are responsible for providing a valid wallet address for your chosen token and network. HypeScope is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address.

5. Referral Attribution

When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is stored. If that person registers an account, they are permanently attributed to you.

Attribution is lifetime. Once a player is linked to your account, you earn from their activity for as long as their account exists and the program is active.

6. Prohibited Practices

The following activities will result in a warning or immediate termination of your affiliate account:

• Self-referral -- creating accounts to refer yourself or your own alt accounts
• Incentivized signups -- paying, bribing, or offering rewards solely for registration without genuine intent to play
• Spam -- bulk unsolicited messages, comments, or emails containing your referral link
• Misleading claims -- misrepresenting earnings potential, guaranteeing winnings, or falsely implying an official partnership with HypeScope
• Bot traffic -- using automated tools to generate fake clicks or registrations
• Brand impersonation -- pretending to be HypeScope or its employees

7. Termination

HypeScope reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms or engages in activity that harms the platform or its users.

If your account is terminated, commissions already earned and confirmed will still be paid out. Commissions flagged as fraudulent are excluded.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
